Possible causes: :
- Javascript problem, check the errors in the browser console.
- jQuery not loaded on the site, activate the option: Standalone jQuery, in the menu “Settings”.
- Votes are not available for the displayed product.
Votes are only available from Amazon. On Amazon API V5, customer votes are not available anymore… Nevertheless Winamaz will try to get this information. At this time (22/10/2019) the Amazon V5 API is not yet finalized. As soon as the version is stable we will see how to implement a solution
