To benefit from the support, you have to communicate us the URL of your site as well as your license number, as well as a precise description of the problem you encounter. Do not hesitate to communicate us also the list of plugins installed on your site. We do our best to answer you as soon as possible. Generally the answers will be sent to you in less than 48 working hours.
