This message may appear on the site when the “Compare prices” button is clicked
This can mean several things:
- The webservice can’t find the product in the database (Name/ID)
- No affiliation platform is activated in the plugin (check the “Affiliation” tab of Winamaz)
- No corresponding product is found on the other platforms
However, products not retrieved from anywhere other than Amazon at this time may be recorded later in the database when a new advertiser is added, and will then be brought up if you activate this advertiser later on.
